We reply as people, not with a canned template. We aim to answer within two business days, though a heavy week can occasionally push that to three.

What to write about

Questions about a reading. If a horoscope, a card meaning, or a spread left you unsure what it meant, ask. We'd rather explain than have you leave puzzled.

Corrections. If you spotted a factual slip, a broken link, or, most importantly, anything that reads like a promise about your money, health, or relationships, please tell us. We take that seriously and will fix it quickly. Corrections to card meanings or astrological detail get checked against the published tradition before we change anything.

Accessibility. If any page is hard to read, navigate, or use with assistive technology, tell us what happened and what device or software you were using. We want this site usable for everyone who visits it, and reports like this go to the top of the queue.

Privacy requests. If you want to know what data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or have any other question about how your information is handled, email us and we'll walk you through it. See our privacy policy for the full detail on what we collect and why.

Press. Journalists and writers working on a story about tarot, astrology, AI-assisted publishing, or money mindset are welcome to get in touch; note your deadline and we'll do our best to meet it.

Partnerships. If you have a collaboration in mind, tell us plainly what you're proposing and who you are. Fit matters here more than reach, so a short honest note goes further than a pitch deck.

Before you write

A lot of what people email to ask is already answered on the site, and you won't have to wait for a reply. Today's readings live at the daily three-card tarot and the daily horoscopes, refreshed each day. And the questions we get most, like how often to pull a card, whether a card falling out means anything, or what the Death card really points to, are covered in plain language on the journal. A typical reply from us runs a few sentences, since the point is to point you toward the fuller answer already written rather than retype it from scratch. If your question is a common one, the journal will usually get you there faster than waiting on a reply.
