Notice the moment today when you feel a quiet friction in a conversation about the project — the point where what someone says about it doesn’t quite match your internal picture. That friction is usually where the gap lives. Not always worth reopening. But always worth knowing where it is.

Also notice whether the gap is about execution (how it’s being built) or about purpose (what it’s for). Those are different problems and they point toward different conversations.
