The problem with this is not that care and consideration are wrong. They are real skills. The problem is that the need does not get smaller because the expression of it does. But the alternative is a slow accumulation of the gap between what was agreed to and what is actually happening. And that gap tends to surface eventually in a form less manageable than the original conversation would have required.
