The Abundance Arcana Your Birth Card reading Birth Card

You asked

What am I carrying that isn't mine to carry?

Some loads announce themselves: the deadline, the school run, the relative who needs calling. But there is a second cargo most reliable people haul without a manifest — other people's moods to be managed, other people's plans to be remembered, the outcome of situations you were never given the controls to. It rides quietly. You only notice the weight on the rare afternoon someone briefly takes it, and the whole day inexplicably lightens.

Carrying is often how love learned to express itself, especially for those who were the steady one early — the noticer, the smoother-over, the child who read the room before reading books. The skill is real and it has kept whole households upright. But a skill exercised automatically stops being a choice, and somewhere in your week there is probably a bag or two you picked up by reflex that was never actually handed to you.

This is not an instruction to put anything down; some of what we carry, we would choose again gladly, and the choosing is the point. Before the shelf, just take inventory. One load that is truly yours. One you suspect is not. Name them, without acting. Then breathe — three rounds, labelled, skippable — and choose your sky.

Three slow breaths, just to arrive. Skippable, always.
