Blocks are usually old, not new
The thing that's stuck this month is rarely a new thing. It's typically an old arrangement that made complete sense once and has quietly outlived its usefulness: a rate you set when you were less experienced, a client relationship you built when you couldn't afford to say no, an idea about what you are allowed to charge that you inherited from a household you don't live in anymore.
That's what makes blocks hard to see. They aren't obstacles that appeared in the road. They're load-bearing walls you built yourself, back when the building was a different shape.
Notice the resistance, not just the answer
When you draw, pay attention to any small internal recoil that happens before you've consciously interpreted the image. That flicker, the "not that one," is the most honest thing that will happen in this whole exercise, and it usually happens in under a second.
Don't argue with it and don't rush past it. Sit there. The block you can name calmly is generally not the block. The one that makes you want to close the tab and go do something else has a much better claim.
Then get specific
Whatever card comes up, translate it into one concrete sentence about your actual life. Not "I have scarcity mindset." That phrase is a place people go to avoid getting specific. Something like: "I have not raised my price in three years and I know exactly why, and it isn't the market."
That sentence is the deliverable. The card was just the crowbar. Nothing about this reading is a prediction, and nothing about it guarantees any financial result. It is a reflective exercise, and the work stays in your hands, where it was always going to be.
